Overview

The Statutes (Statut Opcine Gundinci, 07.08.2009, Službeni vjesnik Brodsko-posavske županije, br. 11/2009, 26.08.2009) in the Article 4 repeats the prescription of the Article 6 of the previous 2006 Statutes (Statut Opcine Gundinci, 12.01.2006, Službeni vjesnik Brodsko-posavske županije, br. 01/2009, 14.02.2006) claiming that "The Community of Gundinci has no coat of arms and no flag."
This was probably already stated the same in the 2001 Statutes (SVBPŽ, br. 11/2001) and the previous statutes...
