While checking the county gazette I located a relevant decision:
Statut opcine Brodski Stupnik, 01.07.2009, Sluzbeni vjesnik Brodsko-Posavske zupanije, br. 8/2009, 09.07.2009, pp. 876-892.
The new community statutes, probably repeating what was already in the previous one, describes the coat of arms and the flag.
The coat of arms we already know: gules a column argent entwined with a vine branch with two leaves vert and two bunches of grapes or.
The flag is golden-yellow with the coat of arms in the middle, the ratio of the width and length 1:2, and the height of the coat of arms is 2/3 of the width of the flag.
