Overview

The coat of arms, the flag and the ceremonial flag of Bebrina, in the Slavonski Brod and Posavina County, can be see on the photos here.
The coat of arms is: azure a border guard argent. It shows, as far as I can discern, the guard soldier from 18th century, when the region was part of the Military Border against the Ottomans (over the Sava river, in current Bosnia Herzegovina).
The flag is blue with the coat of arms in the middle, bordered red and blue.
The ceremonial flag is a blue gonfalon, triangularly ending, with the coat of arms in the middle, bordered red and blue, above it yellow inscription in two arches OPCINA BEBRINA and below it flanking the coat of arms an oak branch and three corn ears. The gonfalon is atypically bordered red, and has golden fringe along the bottom.
The design of these symbols seems to clearly suggest that they are designed by the Heraldic Art company from Rijeka.

While checking the county gazette I located a relevant decision: Statut opcine Bebrina, 13.07.2009, Sluzbeni vjesnik Brodsko-Posavske zupanije, br. 9/2009, 23.07.2009, pp. 968-984.
The community statutes of 2009 includes the descriptions, those that we already have above.
