Overview

The coat of arms of Lupoglav is shown on the community web site. The ceremonial flag is shown in an article in the local newspapers Glas Istr.
From it we may, with high certainty, conclude that the official flag is also red of the usual pattern.
The coat of arms of Lupoglav is: gules a Roman coin with Janus' double-faced head or encircled with a snake eating its tail also or.
The flag is red with the coat of arms bordered yellow in the middle.
The ceremonial flag is vertical dark red flag with sever rectangular tails, all bordered golden, with the coat of arms in the middle and the name of the community above and below it. The sources does not provide quite clear view of the ceremonial flag, so it is partially my interpretation.
