Overview

The web site of the community of Krnjak shows the newly adopted symbols on 12 June 2007. The coat of arms of Krnjak is: argent a corn ear vert between two oxen horns gules and in base four barrulets wavy of the second.
The flag is red with yellow bordered coat of arms in the middle. The ceremonial flag is (unusually but not unprecedented, not red but) light yellow gonfalon ending triangularly with golden fringe, the coat of arms in the middle, the name of the community above in two arches and green oak branches below.
The symbols were designed by Heraldic-Art of Rijeka, as is seen on the drawing at <www.krnjak.hr>.

Both 2006 and 2009 Statutes are available on the web site of the community, but neither does describe the coat of arms and the flag. The 2007 decision adopting the symbols is unfortunately not available, although it is "recounted" in a news article, as I already reported.
