The flag is equal to the flag of HSP
with they year added in the blue field. The party is formed
around 1992 as a fraction of HSP.

Established: Zagreb, 31 May 1995. Members in Croatian
Parliament: 1992-1995 - 1 (0,72%). As I already mentioned, the
flag issimilar to it original party from which it seceeded - HSP,
with the addition of the year 1861 (the year of the establishemt
of the original Starcevic's HSP to which the party claims
inheritance). Also reported with slight variations in the design
(golden colour of the inscription and the wattle). HSP1861 also
claims the organization of the HOS paramilitary units (see HSP).

Podravine, from its first issues in 1951.
In an issue
from 1996 one may mention a photo on this page from a session
of the HPS 1861 (a right winged political party) - displaying the
party flag and the unofficial flag of Croatia with simple chequy
field lesser then the white strippe and staring with the white
cheque - as was customarly used by right-oriented parties still
well in second half of 1990's.
