There is an excellent war game called Ogre / G.E.V. (Ground Effect
Vehicle), produced by Steve Jackson Games. It is set in the late 21st
century, and involves a series of global conflicts collectively
referred to as "The Last War." In the time of the Last War, the
world's political powers have been conglomerated into only a few large
trans-national empires. Note that the North American Combine and the
Paneuropean Federation, who are the principal competitors of the Last War, each
have two variants of their flags.

PS: Incidentally, the term "Ogre" refers to the huge, autonomous,
cybernetic tanks which are employed by the great powers during the
Last War.
