Introduction

"Arrowsmith" is a 2003 comic book series by Kurt Busiek and Carlos Pacheco, published by Wildstorm. Set on an alternate Earth in 1915, it follows an American Flying Corps volunteer through an alternate WWI fought primarily by means of magic instead of technology. The six issues were collected in "Arrowsmith, Book 1: So Smart in Their Fine Uniforms" (ISBN 1-4012-0299-3, 2004).

United States of Columbia

United States of Columbia - analogue of the USA, only with borders fixed roughly at independence. Flag is as current, but with about 17 or 18 stars in a single ring (it is never mentioned how many states there are).
