I happened to come across the flag of "The United Sims of Alphaville", a group of people playing The Sims Online who've set themselves up as a sort-of government in the game. The flag can be seen here. there's also a coat of arms.

It seems this flag varies by the day - today being St.Patrick's day it has a 4-leaved shamrock (are they getting their clovers and shamrocks mixed up here?), but on other pages it seems to be a red star.
