"Remolcadores de Puerto y Altura S.A." (i.e. Port and Sea-going Tugs) aka Repasa is a small Spanish towage company established at Tarragona on the Mediterranean. Vessels listed on this modest webpage (Spanish only) are "Nervio" and "Orenga" although "Remo" and "Redwolf" are found on the internet as well.
Abovementioned flagoid is white bearing a blue-and-white pattern of vair; a vertical stripe near the hoist is left white and contains a blue initial "R" near the hoist top. For the real thing, see this page (also shown is a reverse flag in relief albeit with a flipped, hence readable, initial). Additional flag sightings on this Tugspotters page concerning "Remo."
