Pérez y Cia. Also noted as Pérez y Cia. Soc. en C. and Hijos de Angel B. Pérez y Cia. There appears to be uncertainty not only for the shape of the letters (which is normal between sources unfortunately) but more importantly as to the width of the red band. The website "House Flags of Spanish Shipping Companies" shows it slightly wider than the version shown here whilst the List Oficial de Buques de España 1954 shows it as a broad band, the letters naturally being smaller and also depicted as squarish.

Angel Bernardo Pérez founded this company in 1853. The flag on the company website has three bands of similar or same breadth.
