Dov Gutterman, 16 Nov 2003

An image in FOTW format is available at José Manuel Erbez's "Flags of the Canary Islands" website.

About its symbolism it says:

Blue stands for the municipality's coastal and fishing condition, red makes reference to the field of gules in the coat-of-arms, green express the rural and agricultural character, and yellow represents the sun, since Tazacorte is the Spanish municipality where the sun shines more hours a year.
