Description

Red flag with a yellow saltire as wide as 1/6 of the flag's height, on the top two keys as long as 2/9 of the flag's height crossed in saltire, a yellow one bendwise over a white one bendwise sinister, and two yellow wheels of diameter 1/6 of the flag's height, one on the hoist the other on the fly.

The flag is a banner of the arms (blazoned Gules, a saltire Or, dexter and sinister a wheel Or, on the chief two keys in saltire Or and Argent). The saltire is the cross of St. Vincent, the local patron saint. The keys and wheels represent the jurisdiction of the monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes (St. Peter of Rhodes).
