A recent proposal for a Coptic flag is posted at http://freecopts.blogspot.com/2005_12_04_freecopts_archive.html. It is important to note that this is proposed as a flag for the Copts as a national minority- it does not appear to be a proposal for the Coptic Orthodox Church as such.
