The flag is white with a blue saltire and the initials E, R and R in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th quarters defined by the saltire, also blue. The caption is very hard to read. Guessing my eyes out, I came up with Ernst R. Rieslutt, wich is very probably wrong. The initials are right, though. ;)

The company was located in Dortmund and Bremen. The flag was divided by saltire into yellow and blue with a red shield in its centre containing a white capital “R”.
