Ernst Erdmann, Binnenschifffahrt und Küstenschiffsbefrachtung - The company was established in Stettin on 17 November 1939. At the end of WWII the owner became POW and the company fell into some kind of standby modus. It was re-established on 1 January 1955 in Hamburg. The main business is freighting of inland- and coastal shipping.

Description of flag #1:
The flag is divided by saltire into white and celestial blue. The blue quarters are superimposing one another that way that a white diamond, fimbriated dark blue is generated in the centre, containing a red capital “E”. The blue quarters have a dark blue fimbriation two.
