Description of flag :
It is a white flag with blue edges at three sides except the hoist.
The flag has a white canton with yellow edges divided by a yellow saltire.
In its quarters are yellow capital letters "W" (hoist), "V" (top), "H"
(fly) and "G" (bottom). In the lower fly is a blue 4-point star with yellow
edges and a yellow cross, connecting the opposite inner points of the star.
