Description of flag :
It is a white flag with six dark blue rays having their origin in the upper hoist. The origin is however superimposed by a white canton with two dark-blue crossed oars and dark-blue capital letters "W" (top), "R" (hoist), "V" (fly) and "1913" (bottom).
