Established: 25th July 1908.
Description of flag: It is a white flag divided by a red saltire. In
the centre of the field is a red-edged shield with a red man-trap( term
according to german heraldry, a man-trap consists of a number one connected
with its reflected image) and two red 5-point-stars. The canton is a horizontal
red over white over red tricolour. The white stripe has three black capital
letters "RRK".
