Description of flag: It is a horizontal 9-stripes flag with alternating blue and yellow stripes starting with a blue one. The canton is white divided by a red saltire with black capital letters "R" (hoist),"C" (top),"M" (fly) and "1919" (bottom). The canton is red-edged at bottom and fly.
