Flag adopted 21 Dec 1977
Description of banner:
It is a red and yellow vertical bicolour with the coat of arms shifted
to the top. Usually it should be a red and yellow bicolour but obviously
the colours have been turned in order to counterchange the fields of the
coat of arms.
