Description of flag: The ratio of the flag is 3:5. It is a blue over
white over blue flag with ratio of stripes 2:5:2.
The coat of arms is in the centre of the white stripe.
Description of coat of arms: In a blue field a red and silver (=white)
lighthouse tower is sending two silver (=white) rays shaped like trapeziums
to both sides. The tower is standing upon a red wall, masoned silver (=white).
