Description of flag: It is a blue over white horizontal bicolour with
the coat of arms in its centre.
Description of coat of arms: The shield is divided per fess. The 1st
silver (=white) field shows the upper half of a red rampant, double queued
lion, armed and tongued golden (=yellow). The 2nd blue field shows a golden
(=yellow) anchor with a rope of the same colour, flanked by two silver
(=white) leaves of a linden tree.
