Description

The arms was adopted on 13 January 1983 and show (blazon): Or between a mullet of six points Azure and a lion's head Sable langued Gules a fess Argent fimbriated Gules charged with five pellets. The flag was probably adopted at the same time; it has the colours blue-white-black. Source: Wanka 1989 [wnk89].
