Here is the flag of Vinařice, or Vinařice u Kladna, in the Central Bohemian region (okres Kladno) in the Czechian Republic. It was approved 16 September 2005 and published at the municipal site.

Flagdescription: 7 horizontal atripes yellow - black - yellow - blue/red - yellow - black yellow; in center two white bunches of grapes over two mining hammers with yellow haft and white head.

Coat of Arms: per pale gules and azure charged with two bunches of grapes over two mining hammers in saltire with haft or and head argent; a base rounded or a ram's horn noir.
