The Czech blasoning from this webpage is:
"Štít je dĕlený. V horní modré polovinĕ bĕžící zlatá liška, v dolní zelené polovinĕ zlatý klín, v nĕmž z paty tryská modrý pramen."
From which follows that it is a blue fountain.
