Overview

In the Book "Escudos, Banderas e Himnos de Cundinamarca", the flag of Zipacón appears with a similar design as Latvia Flag (Three stripes, the second more thinner that first and third), but I traveled to Zipacón eight days ago, and the flag is the same that the flag as above: composed by three stripes, equal length and width, green, black and white.
Jairo Alonso Méndez Méndez, 1 April 2004

The flag hoisted at the municipality have three equal stripes.

From <www.cundinamarca.gov.co>:
Felipe Carrillo, 20 November 2004
