Overview

Tamalameque is municipality in Cesar Department. The flag of Tamalameque is horizontally divided yellow- green-white and charged with a dove on its center. Wikipedia show it with equale stripes, but the image at the municipal web site suggest an inner ratio of 1:2:1.
Dov Gutterman, 16 August 2008

Translated from municipal web site:
"Our flag is made of three colours, yellow symbolizing the resources of our natives and their descendants, green symbolizing the resources of our soil and white, including the dove in the middle, symbolizing peace that has always been associated with our municipality."
Ivan Sache, 31 August 2008
