Overview

The municipality of Sucre is in Cauca Department. It was founded in 1918
The flag of Sucre is horizontally divided white-blue -green. Note that while in the photo at the municipal web site, the flag seems to have equal stripes, then on the coat of arms it looks like it has 1:1:2 inner ratio.
