Overview

Cicuco is a municipality located in the Bolívar Department. It became a municipality by ordinance no. 030 of 20 December 1994.
The flag of Cicuco is horizontally divided blue-white-black.

Translated from municipal web site:
"The standard and flag of the municipality of Cicuco shall be made of three horizontal stripes, the upper being blue, the middle white, and the lower black."
