Notification on the standards on the manufacture of the University Flag

Management Committees of All Campuses, All Schools, All Departments and All Affiliated Units,

Based on a broad collection of comments and expert recommendations, after the University's consideration, here we should notify about the manufacture standards of the school flag as follows:

The flag of Zhejiang University is rectangular, the ratio between the height and the width be 1:1.5, with six sizes (in centimeters) as follows: 288X192; 240X160; 192X128; 144X96; 96X64; 66X44. The characters for "Zhejiang University" is in the middle, while the "Quest for Truth" eagle is on the upper left corner. The background is sea blue, the "Quest for Truth" eagle is light blue, the characters is pure yellow. Colleges may add their names under the University name; the colout, font and size should be decided by the colleges.
