Arosio

Argent three rhododendron cinquefoils gules barbed and seeded proper.

The flowers on the flag of Arosio are from rhododendron (in Italian "rosa delle Alpi", litterally translated in rose from the Alps). The name of the commune is probably derived from "roseto" (rosery), rhododendrons being quite common in this area.
