From the Manitoba Metise Federation webpage:

The Manitoba Metis Federation (MMF) is the official democratic and self-governing political representative for the Metis people of Manitoba. The MMF was founded in 1967 by a group of forward-thinking Metis who realized that it was necessary to stand up and fight for the rights of the Metis people of Manitoba. Thirty-six years later, the MMF has grown to over 200 staff throughout the Province, and has successfully promoted, protected and advanced the political, social and economic interests of its members.

The flag of MMF is shown here.

Keep in mind, of course, that this is solely the flag of the MMF organization (and indeed, it takes the pattern of most organizational flags, that of the organization's seal or logo on a white background). Interestingly, on the way to work every day, I pass very close to the MMF headquarters building and, flying from the top of the building is not the depicted flag, but rather the blue Metis people flag!
