Lake Cowichan (pop. 2,948), is a town located on the east end of Cowichan Lake and, by highway, is 27km west of Duncan, British Columbia.

The flag is Canadian triband, with three vertical stripes green-white-green in ratio 1:2:1, with town logo on the white stripe. Photo of the flag can be seen on Waymarking website. The town logo can be seen on the upper banner on the town's website.
