Ratio: 2:3 . Based on Smith [smi75b], p. 214.

Prime Minister (2:3~) - At [pay00], the flag is diagonally divided in yellow and blue (shades equal to the national flag), divided by a black and white rope forming in the middle white disk containing the national coat of arms. Album here agrees with [smi80] in the flag ratio as 2:3~. The image above diagrees in minor details with the two (form of the knots at the connection of the disk with the diagonal, shades of the fields, colours of the CoA - notably the dolphin should be blue not green). For the record, the motto is "Pride and Industry".
