    Overview

Posušje is a community in the Western Herzegovina Canton. On their web site at <www.frama-posusje.com>  there was a drawing of the (alleged) flag, but it is apparently not there any more. From the small drawing I prepare this image, although this should need an independent confirmation.

Photo of the flag at <sportsport.ba>. Description of coat of arms and flag of Posusje municipality can be seen in municipality statute (in Croatian):

The relevant part is in the Article 9. my translation:
"Article 9. The coat of arms of the community is in shield shape. In the centre of the coat of arms is the outline of the church in Posušje, supported by oak leaves with acorns. At the top of the coat of arms is the Croatian triple wattle. In the lower part of the coat of arms is the name of the place of Posušje and the year 1378.
The base of the shield as viewed from left to right is the Croatian tricolour. The outline of the coat of arms, the wattle, the background of the inscription and of the year and the oak leaves with acordns are golden-yellow.
The flag of Posušje is composed of three colours: red, white and blue the edges between them being of oval shape. In the centre of the flag is the outline of the church in Posušje coloured white. The contours of the chruch emerges from the white and ends in the red field. The top left corner of the flag is composed of a modified Coratian coat of arms. The red and white fields of this coat of arms are of different sizes and are increasing from the top left corner towards lower right corner.
The ratio of the width to length of the flag is 1:2.
The use of the coat of arms and the flag is determined with a decision by the Community Council."
