Proposal for the flag of the community, awarded second prise at
the competition (held probably during 2007) is at <www.pragma.co.yu>.
The adopted flag is not available on line anywhere yet,
apparently, but several sites include the adopted Coat of Arms,
e.g.: <www.prviaplauz.com>,
<members.virtualtourist.com>.
