The Assistant to the Economic and Trade Counsellor of the Azeri Embassy in London described the flag of the Azerbaijan State Economic University as blue with the university emblem in the middle.
The above image was made with 1:2 proportion to match the Azeri national flag, although there is no information on the ratio of the flag of the university.
