The defacement on the blue ensign is the clubs rendition of a ducal coronet.
The placement of the coronet in the lower 1/8 fly end is correct and
intentional according to a club member. The RPAYC also sent a picture of
their ensign that verifies placement.

The burgee contains a St. Edward's crown which is also correct.
