The Cruising Yacht Club of South Australia (CYCSA) covers approximately 27 ha, which includes water and land from the inner breakwater to the North Haven harbour through to Lady Gowrie Drive. There is marina berthing for 240 craft up to 22 metres and 150 hardstanding berths up to 12 metres.
Unique in Australia, CYC(SA) Management Pty Ltd owns the freehold of water and land areas. Senior members as unit holders in a unit trust, are able to be proprietors of their berths, which allows their asset to be bought, sold or leased at market values.
The burgee of CYCSA is blue with a white vertical stripe along the hoist and five white horizontal stripes near the point. A real burgee is shown on the "Merchandise" section of the CYCSA website.
