I found the site of the Juventude Ecologista de Angola (Ecologist Youth
of Angola - JEA). The site includes, among other things, a drawing of the
flag of what seems to be more a Luanda based club than a nation-wide movement.
The flag is a logo on a bed-sheet (LOB) design - white with a specifically designed symbol in the
centre. It is to be noted that this symbol is *not* the group's logo, but
the site gives no explanation for this. Indeed, the site is very short
on explanations about the flag: all it says is that the flag was designed
by Hugo Fernandes.
The symbolism is pretty obvious and also quite obvious: the African
hand holds a leaf, also protected by a rainbow. The idea that is expressed
is one of balance between man and nature.
The site < http://www.info-net.net/jea/> (link is dead, Ed.) includes,
following the link "símbolos", more information about the other symbols
of the movement, in Portuguese.

Each leaf has its own significance:
Red: earth
Blue: water
Green: vegetation
