Description

A red flag with a white border on all four sides, as wide as a fourth of the flag's height. This is simply the no. 2 flag described in the General Maritime Treaty 1820, with a slightly bigger central panel.

Ownership of the Tunb Islands is disputed by Ras al-Khaimah and Iran, so the picture shows presumably the flag of Ras al-Khaimah.
